Upgrading zoom attendees numbers

Dear Zoom community 

I have a pro license 

I have set up a meeting with 100 participants 

I would like to upgrade this to 250 but want to keep the same meeting id

What are my options ?

Good news. Just upgrade the account on which the meeting is set. You will be ok if the meeting licence is upgraded before the meeting starts. You do not need a new ID

I once had an event when we reached 100 and I had to pay for an upgrade as the meeting started, but I really don't recommend this.

Make sure you have upgraded the account a day or more before the meeting starts, and you will be able to have the new capacity. You can reduce back to the previous number by downgrading the next month if this was a one-off.
