Switching computers - OnZoom

I attended an OnZoom event from my laptop and then wanted to switch to my desktop.

 

When I tried to login to the event on my desktop, it said I had already logged in from another device - even though I was logged out from my laptop.

 

Is switching devices not possible?

The best way to go about switching devices for OnZoom events is to access your 'Tickets' dashboard (https://on.zoom.us/e/view/t/order) from the device you wish to use to join the OnZoom event.
