While creating survey question by default it takes participants anonymously. how to get the respondent details?

Hello!

 

If the checkbox was checked when creating the survey and users provided answers anonymously, there is no way to get the details post meeting. If the check box was not checked then this information would appear in the survey report.

This UI design is very poor, you are hiding the option in a way that doesn't make any sense...and to make things even worse the default option is not to collect data (anonymous). Any reasonable mind should make data collection crystal clear and the default option in 2023 should never be don't collect data! Need a manager to contact us urgently, please!
