Sending alert/notificaiton to a participant during a meeting

Hi all,

Is it possible to send an alert or notification of some sort to a participant during a meeting? For instance, in a conference, is it possible to send an alert to a specific participant who is speaking letting him/her know the time is up? Something more visible than sending a direct text via chat that may not be seen by the said participant?

Thanks!

Hey @URBiNAT, you could take advantage of the Timer app from the Zoom marketplace. Also as the host, you can just mute the participant, or a fun way is to pin the host for everyone (you) and use reactions emojis for example put up the number 5️⃣ emoji when there are 5 minutes left, 1 min left, 🛑 for stop, etc.

Hope this helps! Submit any feedback or suggestions you have to zoom.us/feed. 🙂
