How to register for OnZoom classes? I'm a new host attempting to register for an OnZoom class.

Greetings~  Would someone be kind enough to assist me in navigating the OnZoom registration?  I am a new Host attempting to sign up for an OnZoom offering, but am unable to register for the event once I sign in.   The registration button is only "gree" if I'm not signed in, once signed in the "green" registration opton disappears.  Please advise.  Thank you!

Hey @emlyles, welcome to OnZoom!

 

To join an event, users must log in to the Zoom desktop client using the same email account used at their OnZoom registration/ticket purchase. I'm sharing a 'Getting Started' article here that provides more of an in-depth explanation. Please let me know if this helps!
