How do I increase participant videos and decrease share screen presentation?

I have an ASL Interpreter for the creation of a VLOG - I want to increase the size of the interpreter's video so they can be easily seen - how do I do that when I am sharing my screen for a powerpoint?

Zoom has an ASL mode you should consider. It works well.
