Creating an event in onZoom

Trying to use OnZoom. Creating a test event. Keep getting this message "An error was encountered when processing your request". Ive closed my browser. Cleared cache. Tried different ways. Started from scratch again. Always get that message when I hit save and continue. Why? See the error message at top of screen shot.

Well, that's nice to know, I'm not the only one. Hopefully the support will reply to my ticket soon.

has this ever been solved for anyone? i'm having the issue on the page where I upload the event image

I wasted a lot of time trying to get onZoom to work for me. Back and forth with support. In my opinon it's a waste of time.
