Clients in Mexico cant join my meeting

Hi there!

My clients in Mexico get an error message that they are not permitted to join my meeting.  Any ideas on how to change that?  Thanks!

      Would you mind sending us a screen shot of the error message that they receive? If not possible, can you reply to this thread with the exact verbiage of the error message?

      Has anyone found an answer to this problem?  I'm having the same issue with my invitees in Mexico.

      Alguien ha encontrado una solución a este problema? Tengo el mismo problema con mis invitados de Mexico.
