zoom sharing webinar and videos

my zoom share hasn't been working the last few weeks. I teach with a webinar and video and it gets stuck and when the video is being share, the viewers can hear the video but the video isn't playing along.  I pay for a premium zoom account and it's quite frustrating for me and my clients. Please help.

    Hi, @Tara8,

     

    Not much information here to go on, so a few questions to help us troubleshoot:

     

    • Is this happening with just one video that’s being played in each Webinar, or are there multiple videos involved?
    • What is the file type of your files?
    • Are you on Windows or Mac or Linux?
    • What version of the Zoom client is installed?
    • Can you log into Zoom on another computer and play those files with success?

     Hopefully some additional information will help us find a solution.

    Hi Ray. This happens anytime I am playing a video. I have shared these videos for years, this started as mentioned a few weeks ago. I am on a Mac Pro. I have a Zoom One Pro account.
