"Send Preview Email" is not sending the sample to my email

"Send Preview Email" is not sending the sample to my email.

 

I have tried a few different upcoming webinars and clicked "Send Preview email" to myself and it is not sending. I have tried to send the follow up, confirmation and other emails to check my edits with no success.

 

I have changed the email address to check on that and no luck.

 

Please help.

    This did not help me. I am not receiving preview emails either and the article is not much help.
