"Invalid Paramters" Waiting Room Logo

Hi!

 

I've tried to upload a waiting room logo 60x60 up to 400x400, as either .jpg or .png, about 36KB in size. It uploads the image but ultimately doesn't save it, instead giving an error message, "Invalid parameters." Any thoughts? Ty!

    Hello @Celia77 - Thanks for reaching out to Zoom Community. As per the issue report, it looks like the image size is higher than what is recommended. Can you trim the image size then you should be able to re-upload it?
