no sound when sharing a video during a practice session of a webinar

Hello, I am the host of a webinar. Today, I did a practice session with one panelist, audio is working when speaking. I will have a prerecorded presentation for the webinar, when I am sharing my screen, there is no sound coming from my computer. I can hear the sound from the video, but not the rest of the participants. I cannot click the option share sound (it is grey, not available) when I click on share screen. I tried to restart my computer, it did not work.

 

Could you please help me with this?

Hi @chri2 - welcome to the Zoom Community. 

You probably have this setting enabled "multiple panelists can share simultaneously" that's why the share sound option is grayed out or not available. Please see sample screenshot below. 

To be able to share sound, kindly ensure you choose "One Panelist can share at a time". Once this option is chosen, the "share sound" checkbox should not be grayed out anymore. Please see sample screenshots below.
