Zoom Events Cloud Recording Settings
Is there an option for adjusting the resolution on cloud recording with a Zoom Event?
At the moment our recordings are 640p, we have HD enabled within our Zoom account?
You need to ensure that Zoom enable HD 720 on your account. For a Zoom Event you can also ask for a 1 time 1080 if you have a Pro License (if you have Business or plus then you are entitled to have 1080 on your account).
