Webinar waiting room?

Why did it place attendees of my webinar that required registration in a waiting room?  I didn't see any notifications during the webinar that anyone was waiting in the waiting room like you would on a meeting.  Any ideas?

Can you confirm that you were not still in a 'Practice Session' when the attendees arrived?

To ensure that attendees join the webinar at start time, please ensure that the host is already present and the webinar has officially been started. If a Practice Session is still open, attendees will receive a holding screen to the extent of 'the host has not yet started the webinar' or something similar.

 

Unless you've experienced a bug, Zoom Webinars do not support Waiting Rooms.
