Webinar confirmation

When someone registers for my webinar, they are not getting their link to login.  Instead, they get a message that it is not on their calendar.  What do I do?

    Are they completing the registration process, or are they getting this error when they click on the registration link?

     

    If they are filling in the registration information, are they getting an email that has this error after clicking the Register button, or is it appearing on the web page upon hitting the Register button?

     

    More details will help us troubleshoot.
