Webinar Registration

Good morning. My department has scheduled a Zoom Webinar with registration. Some people are having issues with the registration. When they click on the link, it starts a Zoom session instead of taking them through the registration steps. Is there a setting that may be incorrect? It seems to happen for some people, but not all. Thanks!
