Webinar Breakout Rooms Not Showing

Hi everyone!

As far as I understand, in order to get the breakout room feature in a webinar, you need to have a Zoom Session or Zoom Event license.

What I have is Zoom Sessions Pay per Attendee. I have set a test webinar but I couldn't find the breakout room button. Does this mean I need to get the Zoom Sessions or Zoom Event monthly?

Please help me out! Thank you!

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @KevinIX.

Breakout Rooms is not an add-on feature, and not dependent on a Zoom Events/Sessions license, it's built-in to all Zoom Meetings and Webinars.  But it is possible to disable Breakout Rooms in a variety of ways.  I'm guessing this is what's happened to you.

See these Zoom Support articles for details on enabling and disabling Breakout Rooms:

https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057840 <-- webinars

(they're very similar, but separate switches need to be enabled/disabled)
