Unable to join the lobby of Zoom Events

When I click "Join Lobby", it shows "Your lobby is being prepared. Please wait a moment." But nothing happens after a long while of waiting. Other colleagues don't have this issue. Is there a solution to this? Thanks

    HI @waderzhang  1. upgrade your ZOOM CLIENT to the latest version.  If you still have an issue then I suggest you delete you cache from your CHROME browser.  If this was helpful pls mark as "Accept as solution"
