Unable to get events to sync with Salesforce

I have followed and triple checked all of the steps for installing and configuring the Salesforce app including registering the app for my user in Zoom.  I, however, am not able to see any of the zoom events that I, or anyone else on my team, create.  What should I investigate?

I suggest you ask in https://www.facebook.com/groups/zoomeventpros.  I've not myself integrated with Salesforce but happy to hop on a zoom to review the setup.
