Sharing video from Facebook during the zoom meeting

During the webinar I would like to share video from Facebook. Apart from screen share, is there any other efficient way?

What a great question.
Screen sharing would be the expected way to share. Remember to share screen sounds, if required, too.
The better action would be to download the video and play it locally. I expect Facebook will make that hard to do.

The browser will run slower when Zoom is active, so you may get low frame rates.
