On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Send on-demand registrants to CRM

Hi

I'm using zapier with Zoom for webinars. I am able to send registrants to my CRM easily with the integration.

The problem is that I want to send the people who attend on-demand to my CRM and I can't find any way to do this. Any ideas? Are there any workarounds in the settings where my on-demand viewer registration (those joining after the live broadcast) can get sent to Zapier.

I also tried this with meetings but it seems that the registrants from the meetings are stored separately so they can't automatically pass. I upgraded to webinars from meetings for the on-demand function but if I can't capture the registrants easily it isn't going to work.

Were you able to find a solution to this?  I have the same issue for my org and am trying to send on-demand registrants to Salesforce.

You could set up a webhook to trigger a workflow to your CRM when an on-demand registrant is created in Zoom. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you extract registrants for both meetings and webinars to send.
