Registration confirmation emails not being received for webinars

The feature is turned on and I cannot get a confirmation email to my work email or my personal when I register for webinars I've just scheduled. Even when in the scheduling screen and I click to "send me a preview email" those do not come either. I've checked Junk, Clutter, Spam. Nothing is coming. This is a major feature of promoting a webinar for registration.

    Hello @JeanetteE,
    My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! This usually means that your organization is blocking or filtering out no-reply emails from external users. Please check on your mail server if {no-reply @ zoom.us } is being blocked somehow and put it on the allow list and you should start receiving emails again. I just checked this with my work email and personal email and it is working as designed.

    That does not solve my problem. I had never blocked zoom emails. I just don't get them when I register for webinars. Which really puts me off zoom.
