Recorded video doesn't correspond to what was visible on the screen during the webinar.

During my last webinar (and I have them frequently and have never experienced this problem),  the recording showed not just the speakers whose video was turned on (which I wanted), but the boxes of the people who are panelists and co-hosts are in the recording as well!  How did this happen?
