Missing Webinar Recordings and Upcoming Event Disappeared from Zoom Account

It appears that almost all data linked to my Zoom account has been deleted. I can no longer access my previous webinar recordings, and more urgently, the webinar I scheduled for tomorrow is no longer showing up under "upcoming webinars." I would appreciate immediate support regarding this issue.

Zoom had a service disruption today that may have impacted your account and webinar info. We’ve identified the issue and it is now resolved, but you may still be seeing intermittent issues as things continue to recover.

 

Really sorry for the disruption, and we truly appreciate you hanging in there with us. We will continue to share updates on the Zoom status page.  That said, if you're still not seeing your webinar list, recordings, or reports, it's possible that this might be a separate issue- please let us know if this is the case. Thank you!

I'm having the exact same issue. I wonder if it's related to current outage?
