Manual Approval: What happens if you leave registrant in pending approval?

When manual approval is set up for a Zoom webinar, what happens if the registrant is not approved or denied but just left in "pending approval" status?

    The link that got them to the registration process is the invite to register email. If they register and get approved they will then receive a link to the actual Webinar. If left in the Pending state, they'll never receive the link to Webinar.
