We are using it for our team. I would like to use the webinar template used by the suspended account with my new account. How can I do this?

@nito , you need to reactivate the account by logging a request with Zoom Support at
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new. Once account is active, you can start copying the template that you need to use going forward.
