I don't allow live streaming option

Hi, I want to live stream on zoom to facebook.

 

But I don't see the allow live streaming option. I went to settings>advanced and then I scrolled down. But I saw nothing.

 

Do you know where I can find it ?

    Hey @ruchab448,

     

    First, go to Account Management and click the "Account Settings" button (https://zoom.us/account/setting) and scroll to the In-Meeting (Advanced).

     

     

    Enable "Live Streaming Meetings" and select to enable Facebook, Facebook Workplace, YouTube, and other personalized live streaming services.

     

    You can now see a 'more' button on the bottom control bar in Zoom (in the meeting) after live streaming is activated. You can begin to stream live your zoom meeting in this area.

     

    You can also look more into Live streaming meetings or webinars using a custom service KB article! I hope this helps! 😄

    hi, I scrolled and looked for that section. But it is not showing up on my screen.

    you need to be under ADMIN\ACCOUNT MANAGMENT\ACCOUNT SETTINGS on the left menu.  If you don't see it that means you are part of another account where there is an ADMIN which has blocked it (although i think you should still see it)

    It needs to be enabled on the account level by your Zoom Admin.

      I can’t find it too.

      how do I get to know the admin of my zoom

      i own my zoom account

        I am having the same issues too, even made another profile and it doesnt show the 'Allow live streaming' do we need to upgrade our account to be able to have it? I have a meeting tonight and need to stream it to facebook, please help us

        In the browser contact Zoom support by clicking on the bottom right blue support bubble.  type support, answer the questions and request support agent.
