How can I imbed the link to the recording of a webinar in the follow up email that gets sent to the people who did not attend the webinar?

    Hello sjordan,

You can use the "Follow-up to Absentee" email in Email Settings for your webinar.  Please note the link is not automatically included in the email, so you will need to copy the link from your Recordings section and paste it into the email.

For more information, please see https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203686335-Customizing-webinar-email-settings.

    Hope this helps!

Hello! Is there any way to automate the sending of the recording from a zoom webinar to all participants? We've recently migrated form GoToWebinar, and this is a thing their platform does as soon as one hour after the webinar, automatically. We run events and need to send recording in the evenings, when we're not available to manually send it. Any ideas for solutions welcome!

As mentioned you can embed it in each meeting. If you want to automate this you can use APIs to send an email to all participants that includes the recording link by default. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you share the recording with webinar participants automatically.

There is an email variable listed as: ${meetingNumber} that is supposed to be the Webinar ID (See here

Theoretically, you could have that included in the "Follow-up to Absentee" email, however, it doesn't seem to resolve correctly in the limited testing I've done. Any thoughts?
