Bulk download from Zoom Events hub

Hi

 

I'm looking for a way that I can do a bulk download of all recordings from my Zoom Events Hub. I'm navigating around the Video Management section and cant seem to find an export option.

Unfortunately, there isn't a simple way to do this within the platform itself. However you can use the API in this way (lots of customers use this method to extract recordings for external use cases) https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/events/#tag/hubs/GET/zoom_events/hubs/{hubId}/videos

If I may ask, what are you looking to do with the recordings once you get them out of the Zoom Events Hub?

    Thanks for the reply, Josh. I will check out the API.

     

    Our company policy only retains cloud recordings for 30 days, and the content will likely be valuable for longer than that. So we'll do an export to a long lived file repository.

    (Also different user groups can have different cloud recording retention policies, might be worth a conversation with your team, vs paying for additional services external to zoom - plus less hassle!)

      You can bulk download Zoom cloud recordings using Zoom's API. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you bulk download Zoom cloud recordings.
