We held a webinar last night where almost all of the attendees appeared in the attendee panel of the webinar but an important person did not. This person used the correct link and could watch and hear the webinar but I was unable to move them to panelist status when we needed to because they didn't show up in the attendee panel.
Any ideas of what would have caused this to happen?
Thanks

My guess would be that they logged-in with a different name. Maybe a friends, spouse, kids computer, or somebody else had used their computer and zoom prior to them logging into the webinar, and they thought everything was normal.
If you had Chat enabled, you could send them a text or call them and ask that they send you a Chat inside the Webinar. In doing so it would show you who sent the message. More than likely it would be from a name that is different than what you were expecting.
