cannot convert recording

Hi 

 

I am not able to convert my zoom recording. I have tried various methods even the one where we record a new meeting and then try to copy the file into the new meeting folder but it doesn't work

 

Please guide me on how i can do it?

Hi simonsingh, welcome to Zoom Community.

 

To transform a recording into a Zoom Clip, you must first have account-level settings enabled in "account settings" and then "recordings and transcriptions." I attach a screenshot.
