How to make a 1 min edit from a Zoom Meeting Recording (on Mac)

Hi all, 
I'm looking for some help / guidance here with something which I would think would be very easy:

How to make a 1 min edit from a Zoom Meeting Recording?

I have read zoom support articles on creating clips, but I can't see how to apply this to an existing zoom recording.
Any guidance here would be really appreciated.

      Hi GLKS,

       

      Welcome to Zoom Community. You can upload a video that you already have to Zoom Clip or, you can also convert a recording that you have in the Zoom cloud to a Clip, I am attaching a couple of images to show you.....
