When Clips was initially rolled out, it worked fine. A month or so later, my microphone and camera are blocked. Our State IT has stepped into my computer to adjust the privacy and security, but they are set to allow access. Several people on my network have the issue and some outside the network....with the same originator/admin of our licenses. I can make silent clips., but the beauty is being able to talk and explain as I am clicking away.

I'm seeing the same problem. It only presents on a small population of workstations. Nothing appears out of the ordinary settings-wise.

We are having the same issue at my organization. Nothing appears to be wrong in settings but nobody appears to have permissions to use their microphone or camera using clips.

Greetings. My solution ended up being my operating system on the computer that had probably been scrubbed and reimaged a time or 2. When I got my new computer, things are working fine. The people I work with that are having the same issue, probably have the same problem with a broken image.
