Can't Delete cloud recording

One recording has been stuck in a "Trimming in Progress" state. It's been like that for more than a year. Want to delete it to claim some space, but there is no option to delete it. How can I get it done? There is no option anywhere to submit a ticket or something.

Thank you for any suggestions.

Your best bet is to submit a Support Ticket with all the details: date, meeting ID, etc. This will require handling from Zoom staff with access to your account; here in the Zoom Community, we don’t have access to that info.
