Community novice here to apologies in advance.
We're building a connector to Flexera and they are requesting the meeting participant scope:
report:read:list_meeting_participants:admin
We need to know exactly what is captured with this (and it's webinar counterpart) to determine if PII is being gathered.

@jprendergast - The scope doesn't actually capture anything itself, but is required for certain APIs to view the meeting participant information. On the assumption that they are using it to call the Get meeting participant reports API, the date returned includes the participants Display Name and Email address (if they are in your account).
