Zoom / Salesforce integration problems

I've set up the Zoom / Salesforce integration and it's not reliably pulling webinars through to SF when we create them in Zoom. I work for an organisation that runs online training and we have several members of staff who host webinars; webinars created by one member of staff have successfully pulled through, but webinars with different hosts don't pull through. All the hosts are assigned to the Zoom admin permissions set on SF. Any ideas?

I set up up and authorised the integration - I am an admin on both SF and Zoom, but I don't have a Zoom webinar licence or host webinars.
