Zoom App Not displaying on Mac

Hey all, 

 

Looking for some direction. We have built a Zoom Marketplace app that works as expected on Windows devices but it displayed blank on MacBooks. We're at a little bit of a loss of how to debug this issue and I was wondering if any of you good people had run into it previously?
