The livestream app has been functioning smoothly for several weeks. However, since yesterday, we've been encountering a '502 Bad Gateway' error, preventing the app from opening.

@BioTuring -- the error-message indicates that the web-server, not your computer, is not responding to your requests. There is nothing you can do on your computer, except to try to contact the System Administrators of that web-server, but they probably continually monitor their web-server, thus making them aware of their non-functioning site. Have patience -- perhaps, they are already trouble-shooting why their server is not currently responding. A different situation is that the web-server is "too busy" -- too popular to service all the incoming requests -- not enough "horsepower" of the hardware, implying that a hardware upgrade needs to be done.
