Unable to add user to Calendly for Zoom

I'm unable to add any members to Calendly for Zoom via the Zoom App Marketplace > Apps on account > Calendly for Zoom

Currently setup as Admin, however still unable to add users.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!
