Premium apps in my plan do not work

Zoom in Workplace pro announces that the plan contains using premium applications (e.g. Fathom) free for one year.

After installing Fathom and finishing the trial period, Fathom is not working properly. I wrote to Fathom and they even do not know that Zoom is promoting their app as free for one year... What is going on about it? Do you know more?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Zbigniew.

 

Not that it's not there somewhere... but I've never seen an offer for free Premium apps.  Only the "Essential" apps are available for free.  See this Zoom News article for info:
