Otter.ai and privacy

Otter.ai accessed a work meeting without my consent. I deleted the program and account entirely, but not before it set up a separate profile in my name and emailed everyone at the meeting that I was recording the meeting. Curious if anyone else has had this problem with Otter and what Zoom is doing about it.

I have the same problem. I deleted Otter.ai and the whole account, but I cannot get rid of it from Zoom.  Has anyone figured out how to get rid of Otter.ai?

For your own account you need to uninstall in the Zoom marketplace, disconnect from your calendar and Zoom. If the AI joining on behalf of an external user in the meeting you can require a waiting room and authentication to prevent from joining. There is also an app, Meetinguard, that lets you prevent AI bots from joining on behalf of external users.
