Livestreaming not working for UScreen

Hey everyone! I've been trying to set up Livestreaming for UScreen and keep getting the following error message: Failed to connect to Zoom services Please refresh the app and try again. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these channels again may solve the error.

 

I've tried everything in restarting and refreshed and triple checked all the info was correct and it's still not working. have others faced this issue?

I actually had a similar issue with UScreen livestreaming a few weeks ago. It kept saying "Failed to connect" even though I knew everything was set up correctly. What ended up working for me was clearing my browser cache and cookies. Maybe give that a shot?

Hi Mark,

I am having the same issue as above person. I don't run zoom off my browser though. I run it off of the client app on my desktop. I made sure it was updated to the latest version. In fact I had a professional computer tech make sure every single driver on my system was properly updated. Would clearing my browser cache and cookies fix the client app working correctly also? Does the client app use the web browser somehow?

did you ever solve this problem? USCREEN is telling me its a zoom problem, talk to them, Zoom is telling me its USCREEN problem and I have to talk to them. Neither can help. Zoom claims they have no proof that USCREEN software works with theirs so they cannot help me. I am not sure what else to try. But I am paying for USCREEN with no ability to create content. I teach math. So I need a suite of writing tools that is useable when sharing my screen to a document and writing with a stylus on a touchscreen. So OBS isn't really an option for me. Let me know if you figured anything out? 🙂 Thanks.
