Kamera wird von ZOOM nicht erkannt

Bisher habe ich die Kamera vom Laptop aus für ZOOM gestartet. Das hat immer funktioniert. Seit der neuen externen Kamera wird keine der beiden Kameras mehr erkannt. Ohne ZOOM gehen beide.
