How to delete product from shopping cart

My question also. I keep getting spam emails telling me there is an item in my shopping cart and that I should complete the transaction. I never put the item in my shopping cart -- and when I delete the quantity or try to reset it to 0, it's automatically reset to 1. This makes a terrible impression on the user: It comes across as pushy and manipulative.

I am having the same issue.  Does anyone know how to solve this?

There is no way to remove items from your cart.  You will receive the no-reply emails until your death.  There is also no way to get support on this issue from Zoom unless you purchase a license so you are completely and totally hosed.

To delete a product from your shopping cart, navigate to the shopping cart page on the website you are using for online shopping. Review the list of items in your cart and locate the specific product you want to remove. Look for a delete or remove option next to the item and click on it. The product will be deleted from your shopping cart, and the total amount or quantity will be adjusted accordingly.

I too cannot find a way to delete item from my cart. I clicked on "Zoom Phone: US & Canada Unlimited Calling Plans" to find out more.  It was automatically added to my cart (i did not request) along with charge for the service.  I've tried to delete but cannot see a wat to do so (can't set number to "0", no place identified to delete, clicking on continue only takes me to billing information).

I also have Zoom in my shopping cart. I did not put it there and I can't find a way to delete. I keep getting reminders that it is there. It is very annoying. 

Since there is no delete button for item in the Zoom shopping cart, the way to completely empy cart and to remove top right icon of the cart is to remove Zoom cookies from your browser (even if you are not logged in your Zoom account). After that, you need to close your browser before it takes effect. Next time you visit https://zoom.us , the cart icon with items should have disappeared. But if you shop and buy a Zoom product, the cookie will be recreated and the cart containing an item will reappear.
Note that if you open zoom.us with another browser, you won't see the cart containing an item, unless you also used this browser to shop for Zoom product and it may show a different item because the cookie is different in this browser.
