How to Disable Praiz Notetaker from Zoom Meetings After Deleting the App?

Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue with the Praiz Notetaker app on Zoom. Even after deleting the app from my account, it still continues to show up in my meetings. Has anyone else experienced this or know how I can completely remove it from my meetings?

I appreciate any help or suggestions!

You can uninstall from Zoom marketplace and disconnect your email calendar. If it still shows up it may be invited by external guests. In that case you want to enable a waiting room with authentication to vet attendees. There is also an app, Meetinguard, that lets you verify whether attendees are human before they join your Zoom meetings to prevent uninvited Notetaker apps from joining.
