Hi @MarieConsensus have you looked into our Knowledge Base Article on pre-approving/approving apps in Zoom App Marketplace? If not, suggest looking into the KB on How to configure pre-approval, let me know if that helps! Please note that you need to have a Zoom account for installing apps and be the Account owner or admin privileges for configuring pre-approval.
