Application for Zoom marketplace currently being held hostage

It’s been about a month now and we still haven’t gotten an update on our application. When will we have the approval? Every other app marketplace (Google, Microsoft, etc.) has given us the approvals that we needed. We’ve been in the Zoom review process for 4 months at this point. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long, especially if our app has been submitted and there weren’t any issues with the app itself.

 

Anyone have any suggestions on how to move this along? Any contacts at Zoom I could speak to?
