I am trying to set up an automation around the ZoomAI Summary. When I go to setup my first Step and Test my Trigger, I get:
Error code: Error while retrieving: The app returned "Meeting does not exist: WjL+QoPoSeKlcNgDGsqjXg==.".
Yes I have already connected my Zoom account and "tested connection" and that was successful
I have looked for any restricting settings that may block Zapier from being able to find the meeting and turned them off:
Only Authenticated users can view cloud recording is OFF and
Require password to access shared cloud recordings is OFF
I figured it may not work unless there is a brand new meeting, so I made a brand new meeting and it generated a summary, but Zapier still didn't pick it up.
Any ideas on how I can get this working?

I am sorry @gabitag, if the summary is in fact being generated and its Zapier that can not access it, there is not much support we can provide on the Zoom side. You may need to reach out to Zapier support to identify the access limitation. Also, depending on the automation request, you could try out Zoom Workflows to see if the same can be done natively.

checking in on this. After some further testing did you note if you were the host of the meeting? @gabitag

Thank you,
Yes I was the host of the meeting. I tested by creating a meeting, joining the meeting, letting it generate a summary, and then trying to run the Zap test. So I was host and the only attendee

Thank you (not sure if my first reply went through, sending again)
I was definitely the host of the meeting. I created the meeting myself, then joined the meeting, let it create a summary, and then tried to zap test.
