Tariff plan was not restored after paynment

Tarif plan was reduced  and acces to recordings was closed after delay of the paynment. But after paynment it did not restored. What is it? What to do? It is very bad. Heavy losses.

No response for 3 days. So I think ZOOM is absolutelu looser project. Zero shame, zero honesty. The crooks. They take mone and do nothing.
