Summaries are automatically being deleted

My meeting summaries are automatically being deleted immediately after the meeting and are inaccessible.  My transcript list shows that there is a transcript logged but I can't click on it and the download button is greyed out.  Please advise on how to fix this issue.  I need the summaries and transcripts from every meetings to be saved and I need to access the past ones.

    @wry2001 , this is possibly due to retention settings that are set on the account. 

    If you log into your account settings, you can select "Account Settings" then choose AI Companion across the top, and then scroll down to "Auto-delete meeting summaries" to see what time range is selected.
